SHIPPING

 

DOMESTIC

Project 281 Coffee Roasters aims for all orders to be packed and dispatched within 48 hours (except weekends and public holidays) from when the order was placed. We use Australia Post for all domestic orders. Orders should arrive within 1-3 business days – we use express post for all orders.

 

AMENDING OR CANCELLING ORDERS

 

We try and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible (except weekend and public holiday ). If you need to change or cancel your order, please call or email us as soon as possible.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

 

We pride ourselves on roasting only the highest quality products. All our coffee undergoes a rigorous and strict quality assurance process – every single batch is tasted and tested to ensure that each and every bag of coffee meets our standards. For this reason, refunds on coffee purchases cannot be guaranteed.

 

If you have been sent the wrong product, or it has been wrongly described, please contact sales@project281.com within 7 business days and we will resolve your issue.

 

For all equipment and accessories, if the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange within 7 business days.

 

Return shipping costs are not covered by Project 281 Coffee Roasters.

 

If the order is lost in transit by Australia Post or any other third party shipping company, we will be unable to refund the cost of shipping.
